Applications are accepted in quarterly periods:

P1: Jul 1 - Sep 30
P2: Oct 1 - Dec 31
P3: Jan 1 - Mar 31
P4: Apr 1 - Jun 30

Grant requirements

Every request should include the materials needed for board review.

The foundation accepts requests from organizations and individuals. Each pathway requires specific contact information, a brief written overview, and supporting documentation as outlined below.

For organizations

Business: official name/DBA, business mailing address, business phone number
Point of contact: name, title, phone number, email address

Requested amount
Organization overview paragraph (no more than 200 words)
Funding need and use paragraph (no more than 200 words)
IRS letter stating the organization's 501(c)(3) status
Itemized operating budget for the program funds are requested for
Copy of most recent 990

For individuals

Applicant: name, email address, phone number, relation to recipient

Pipeline

Administrative review, board consideration, and grant fulfillment

Administrative review, board consideration, board voting, and grant fulfillment follow the foundation’s internal process. Applications submitted during a period are reviewed and processed for board decision in the following quarterly period.
